GUARANTEED DEPARTURES & DATES :

Embarkation every Saturday from Marmaris and Bodrum at 16:00 hrs between 3rd of May and 25th of October 2008. Disembarkation following Saturday in Marmaris and Bodrum at 10:00 hrs after breakfast.

The rates given are per person per week sharing a double cabin inclusive of full-board and land tours in programme (entry to Cedrae for Bodrum, trip to Caunos for Marmaris departure ). Single supplement is 70%. Drinks, watersports fees, transfers (if requested), and Turkish tax (18%) are extra.

YACHTS & CREW :

Classical Turkish gulet between 20 – 28 m size with 4- 8 double cabins depending on group size booked for each week. All cabins have private WC/shower, and all yachts are run by a crew of 3 (Captain, chef, deckhand). The boat's name will not be made available prior to the day of embarkation, as numbers will dictate which boat is best allocated. Our gulets have one or two masts, and generally motor from place to place, with sails being optional. If it should so happen that a tour which has defined a minimum number of passengers fails to reach that minimum two weeks prior to departure, it will be necessary for GALEO to cancel the tour. The chances of this happening are very remote, but in the event that the tour does not go ahead, the client has two options: to take part in another trip, as proposed by GALEO, or to receive a full refund of the down payment.

BODRUM DEPARTURE

THE CARIAN CRUISE

Saturday	BODRUM Boarding the yacht in Bodrum. Dinner and overnight in the harbour.
Sunday	KARAADA - CATI Departure after breakfast. First stop by Karaada, the little island in front of Bodrum. After lunch and a cruise of 3-4 hours, we arrive Çati, a lovely bay surrounded with pine trees on the south coast of the Gulf. Dinner and overnight here.
Monday	SEVEN ISLANDS Cruising 1.5 hours after breakfast we arrive at the region of 7 Islands. In the Küfre bay, we would suggest you take a short walk through the storax (liquid-amber) forest. Perhaps you can have your dinner as a barbecue night.
Tuesday	LONGOZ - KARACASOGUT After breakfast, a short cruise of 1.5 hours will bring us to Löngöz Bay. In the afternoon we arrive in Karacasögüt. This small village is only 25 km away from Marmaris. You may rent a minibus after dinner and spend some hours in Marmaris.
Wednesday	CEDRAE ISLAND - ENGLISH HARBOUR Leaving Karacasögüt, we arrive at Cleopatra (Cedrae) Island after a short cruise . On the west of the island, a wonderful little beach is situated. It is said that the sand of this beach was brought for Cleopatra from the desert of North Africa. Late in the afternoon, we leave the Island to anchor in one of the bays by Degirmen Bükü. A small creek on the west side of this bay is called Ingiliz Limani (English Harbour). This name is derived from the Second World War, when English torpedo boats hid in this cove.
Thursday	AKBUK - COKERTME Leaving English Harbour, we cruise to the northern side of the Gulf to Akbük. Here we will spend some hours by swimming, windsurfing... and in the afternoon, we continue our trip to Cökertme Bay (2 hours).
Friday	ORAKLAR - BITEZ Today we cruise back to Bodrum. After swimming stops by Oraklar and/or Çiftlik, we will decide to cruise to Bitez or the harbour of Bodrum for the last dinner and overnight.

MARMARIS DEPARTURE

THE WEST LYCIAN CRUISE

Saturday	MARMARIS Boarding the yacht in Marmaris. Dinner and overnight is in the harbour.
Sunday	EKINCIK (CAUNOS) Departure after breakfast. Cruising about 2 hours we reach Ekincik. From Ekincik, you can take a boat trip to the ancient city of Caunos, Lycian rock tombs and mud baths. The journey will be made in the labyrinth of the delta of Dalyan Çayi, surrounded with thick vegetation of reed. Here, also, is the Iztuzu beach made famous by its visiting sea turtles. Overnight is in Ekincik.
Monday	MANASTIR - HAMAM Cruising approx. 3.5 hours to Agalimani behind Cap Kurdoglu. Swimming and lunch here. In the afternoon, arriving in the bay of Manastir. Swimming breaks here and in the Cleopatra and Hamam bays. Dinner and overnight will be in a lovely, calm bay.
Tuesday	TERSANE ISLAND - GOCEK Visiting other lovely places in the Gulf, like Tersane and/or Yassica Islands. Late afternoon we will arrive in Göcek. Dinner and overnight.
Wednesday	FETHIYE - OLUDENIZ - GEMILER ISLAND Departure to Fethiye. Here you can see the Lycian rock tombs of ancient Telmessos or walk around in the city. After lunch, cruising to Ölüdeniz. A long swimming stop here and then cruising to Gemiler Island for overnight.
Thursday	DISIBILMEZ - EKINCIK A long cruise of nearly 4 hours along the Disibilmez and Baba Islands to Ekincik. Overnight is in one of the bays here.
Friday	KADIRGA - TURUNC Cruise to Inceada - Gebekilise. In the afternoon cruise to Turunç with swimming stops in Kadirga and Kumlubük. Last dinner on board.
Saturday	MARMARIS Disembarking in Marmaris after breakfast.
